Chicken Fajitas

2 Chicken breast (uncooked)
1 Bell pepper (the color is up to you slice into strips)
Oil
2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp cumin
 Onion, sliced
1/2  tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
tsp salt
1  can diced tomatoes with green chilies
Flour tortillas

Cut chicken breasts into slices and place in large bowl.

In a small bowl mix vegetable oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, oregano and salt into a paste.

Put on top of chicken.

With your hands rub mixture all over chicken and let it sit while you prepare onion and bell pepper.

Cut onion and bell pepper into strips. You do not need to use the whole onion.

Place onion, bell pepper and can of tomatoes with chilies in bowl. Mix together

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes (or until chicken is cooked)

Serve with rice, cheese, sour cream and guacamole.

*For the rice shown above, I used my rice cooker. I put in 2 cups of white rice, diced  carrots, diced onion and enchilada sauce and would mix randomly adding more sauce for taste until it was ready*
